There's something about
a woman who has the skills to play a martial arts-trained CIA agent that
makes her terribly sexy. There's also something about a woman who has a
striking physique, a gorgeous face, and soft, pouty lips that makes her
terribly sexy. When you stumble into a rarity like Jennifer Garner, who
fulfills both these categories, that's just almost too good to be true.
While landing a guest spot on a hit television series would be a welcome
event for most up-and-coming actresses, Jennifer Garner's brief run on
Felicity proved especially fortunate for her -- thanks to her appearance on
the show, she met her future husband, and the producer who would cast her in
the leading role of the successful action/adventure series Alias.
Beautiful skin, ravishing dark hair and pouty lips contribute to Jennifer's
gorgeous face, and working out daily for her Alias role has given her a body
to match. The fact that her ex-husband, actor Scott Foley, played the role

Garner was born on April 17, 1972 in Houston, Texas, to a chemical engineer
father and an English professor mother. She was the second of three
daughters, all of whom were young when the family relocated to Charleston,
West Virginia.
The Garner household was a conservative one, wherein makeup and earrings
were prohibited, making for a great discrepancy between the appearances of
the young Jennifer and the older one that television audiences have come to

She spent nine years of her adolescence studying ballet and describes her
years in dance as ones characterized by determination, rather than talent,
being driven mostly by a love of the stage.
Jennifer took this determination with her when she enrolled at Denison
University as a chemistry major, a decision that was later changed to a
drama major when she found that her passions for the stage were stronger
than her love of science.
New York attracted the young actress after college where she worked as a
hostess while pursuing a career in film and television. Her most recent move
has been to Los Angeles, a decision that led to a role on the show
"Felicity" where she met her future husband, Scott Foley.
She has appeared in numerous other television production, including Jennifer
Love Hewitt's "Time Of Your Life" as well as such films as Pearl Harbor and
Dude, Where's My Car?.
Jennifer and her husband live in the San Fernando Valley with two dogs and a
cat. Aside from filming her hit show "Alias", Jennifer enjoys cooking,
gardening, hiking, and inspired by her character on the show, kickboxing.

Do you
remember the day when Jennifer Garner was one of the biggest stars
around? No? It was way back when Alias was actually a good show. And
before that turd of a movie called Electra. It's true. From what I've
been told, Jennifer Garner used to have a career.
Career or not, though, I've got to say that Jennifer Garner was looking
very nice at last night's Hollywood Awards at the Hollywood Film
Festival. Of course, most of that is due to the fact that her dress
reveals quite a bit of cleavage, because otherwise, she'd still look
like a slightly more female Ben Affleck. |
