Jessica Biel rose to fame as the wholesome preacher's daughter on the WB television show 7th Heaven, then gained greater notoriety for trying to get herself kicked off the show via a risqué photo spread in the men's magazine Gear. Making such statements as, "Mary Camden is dead,". Jessica stand out is her maturity, which far outstrips the age on her driver's license. In 1996, she got her breakthrough role as a preacher's daughter on the WB's 7th Heaven. She's young, smart and able to kick our butts in a soccer game. We're in love.

Jessica Claire Biel was born on March 3, 1982, in Ely, Minnesota, but grew up in Boulder, Colorado with her brother Justin, after her family relocated to the rocky state.
A regular girl who loves to sing, dance, rollerblade, and mountain bike, Jessica was first discovered while competing at the International Modeling and Talent Association's Los Angeles Convention, in 1994. Her participation in the conference led to her being awarded a scholarship to the Young Actors Space, an acting society in LA. |

Jessica has taken her acting abilities to the stage ever since she was 9 years old, starring in regional theatre productions of Beauty and the Beast, The Invisible People, Annie, and The Sound of Music, while her beauty took her to a 2-year modeling career, as a model for Limited Too.
The hazel-eyed beauty hit it big when she was cast as Mary Camden in the WB's successful family drama, 7th Heaven.
While playing one of seven siblings on the Aaron Spelling produced show, Jessica also proved to moviegoers that she can steal the spotlight on the silver screen. In 1997, she starred with Peter Fonda in Ulee's Gold -- which garnered attention at the Sundance and Cannes Film Festivals -- and her role as the rebellious teen made critics take notice.
One year later, she starred opposite teen Jonathan Taylor Thomas in I'll Be Home For Christmas.

Jessica Biel was at the premiere for her new movie, Home of the Brave the other night, and besides looking beautiful as usual (though I'm not a fan of the crazy poofiness of her dress), she was, for once, not looking as manly.
I've been fairly critical of Jessica, and her incredibly ripped shoulders in the past (see: Jessica Biel is the Running Man and Jessica Biel and is a Muscle Man), and I'm happy to say she looked much more toned down than since the last time we saw her.
I'd almost go so far as to say she looked dainty, but she could still totally kick my ass, so I'll just say she looked really nice.

A year ago at this time, Jessica Biel was named Sexiest Woman Alive, but what a difference a year makes. Even though she still has her moments of extreme sexiness, Jessica Biel is becoming more manly every day.
Case in point, just take a look at her in these pictures. Standing next to a man that wide and muscly, most girls would look that much more feminine, but not Jessica Biel. If anything, she looks more masculine standing next to him.
Don't get me wrong. If Jessica Biel came knocking on my door, she'd definitely be welcome, but lets just say I won't try and take her in an arm-wrestling match.

Sure, the muscles are off-putting, I've said it before, but once you're crowned Sexiest Woman Alive by Esquire Magazine, the most un-good of all men's magazines, well, it doesn't really mean anything, but I guess you'd still be considered pretty hot.
Today however, we learn that there is indeed an upside to all of Jessica Biel's crazy workout sessions: Bendiness. You may say, hey, "what about Jessica Biel's crazy ass!?" To which I would reply, yes, her ass is crazy as a result of working out so much, but nothing beats bendiness.
Being bendy is that one elusive quality, that refined skill, that ultimate physical aspect, that just makes every guy turn, watch, and think to himself, "Wow! That girl is bendy..."

I wrote about how Jessica Biel was spotted kissing a girl at a night clubin New York. It was a good post, but as far as evidence went, well, we had the "source's" word to take for it.
